This website and its contact form run on infrastructure built and operated for us by Sistemas 720, a brand of Consultores Especializados VIFRICA, S.A. de C.V. When you submit the form, your message is transmitted to and stored in that infrastructure, which uses cloud hosting services that may operate on servers located outside the state of Florida and outside the United States.

Sistemas 720 acts strictly as our service provider: it processes this information on our behalf, under our instructions and under a duty of confidentiality, and does not use it for its own purposes. By submitting the form you acknowledge this transfer and storage.

5. Who we share it with

We share your information only when we need to, and only with:

• Our service providers — the website and email infrastructure described in section 4, and the tools we use to run the business.
• Partner contractors, subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, and only the details they need to do their part of the job. Licensed trades are performed by qualified partner contractors as described in our Terms of Service.
• Insurers, adjusters or lenders, when your project involves an insurance claim or financing and you have asked us to work with them.
• Government authorities, when required to pull permits, comply with the law, or respond to a valid legal request.

6. We do not sell your information

Persan Solutions LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

7. Calls, texts and messages

When you give us your phone number, you are asking us to contact you about your inquiry. We may call or text you about your project, your estimate, or scheduling.
